Facilities
St Francis Xavier’s School is proud of the facilities it has to offer its students. Set on seven acres of prime land, the current school was built in 1975 with refurbishment taking place over recent years. In 2001, an additional three classrooms were built to support growing enrolments. In 2011, a state-of-the-art library was constructed with funding from the Australian Government. Renovations were made to the Administration Block and Staffroom providing extra offices and meeting rooms. In addition, a large covered learning area was built which provides an excellent space for performances and assemblies. All classrooms are well equipped with up-to-date resources. The grounds are well maintained with an extensive oval offering children a vast area for sport and play. Gardens are an important feature of the school environment with the vegetable garden taking pride of place in the central courtyard.
